Terms
Net 30-days to accounts with established credit. If credit is not established, all sales are C.O.D., or prepaid. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Sales are subject to state and local sales tax. Accounts are considered past due if payment is not received within 30 days following the date of the invoice. A penalty of 1.5% per month with a minimum of $1.00 service charge will be applied to past due accounts. Delinquent accounts in excess of 30 days will be shipped C.O.D and previous balance must be paid in full. Any collection costs for delinquent accounts incurred by Aqua Pure Enterprises, Inc., (Aqua Pure) including legal fees, will be paid by customer. Checks returned for any reason will incur a $50.00 penalty.
Credit Card Payments
Payment made with Visa or MasterCard over $2,500.00 will incur a 3% surcharge of total payment.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change due to current market conditions. All prices, discounts and quotations are subject to change without notice and will be effective at the time of delivery.
Warranty
Products carry manufacturer warranties and these warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

Shipping
All orders are delivered Best Way at Aqua Pure’s discretion. Special order items are shipped F.O.B. All shipments incur a shipping or handling fee and may include a fuel surcharge. Freight or other special handling rush shipments are available upon request. Any damages or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt. If concealed loss or damage is discovered, report it promptly to the delivering carrier. Hold containers and contents for inspection in as close to the same condition as they were in when the loss or damage was discovered. If the report is not made within 7 days after the delivery, the burden of proof will shift to you, the consignee, and it will then be your responsibility to prove that the loss or damage did not occur after the delivery of the shipment.
UPS, FedEx AND Freight Claims
All reasonable precautions are taken in packing goods for shipment. If any merchandise is damaged or lost in transit the purchaser must file a claim with carrier.
Proposal Terms and Information
Quote pricing is valid for 30 days from the date on the proposal. If the proposal is not accepted within 30 days, Aqua Pure may withdraw the proposal. If quantities change, pricing is subject to change.
Returned Goods, Special Order and Electrical
Merchandise for return must have prior authorization, an RMA number, and be in its original carton. A minimum 25% restocking fee will apply. Special order requests are processed with information provided by the purchaser. Purchaser to verify description and part number. Special order items and electrical items cannot be returned and the item(s) and shipping are non-refundable.
